37. Horton the Elephant

From the 2008 CGI-animated film Horton Hears a Who! based on the 1954 book of the same name by Dr. Seuss

This is part of a promotional boxed set produced by RDP creative UK.

The figures are small - around 1.5 inches in height and made of a light-weight brittle feeling hard plastic not PVC.

They don't fit the criteria of my collection, but the set is excellent, with all of the 13 main characters.
